1. How is the shipping price determined?
We use the UPS online tool to calculate shipping rates in real time based upon the weight of the products and the delivery zip code.
2. Can I ship to Multiple Addresses?
Yes, from the Shopping Cart, you will need to select Checkout with Multiple Addresses. You will then need to create an account to store your multiple addresses. Once logged in, you will be able to enter as many addresses as you would like to ship to. You can have each item in your cart shipped to a different address by using the drop-down menus. Finally, you will need to select a shipping method for each address.
3. Can I add Gift Messages?
Yes, select the checkbox in the checkout process before the Billing Information section. Use the text area to specify a message and/or delivery request. Let us know the From and To as well as the content of the message.
4. Can I make Delivery Requests?
Yes, select the checkbox in the checkout process before the Billing Information section. Use the text area to specify a message and/or delivery request. We do our best to ship out packages so that they arrive at your requested delivery date.
5. How do I get the ten percent discount?
As long as there are ten products in the shopping cart, you will receive a ten percent discount! Ten items spread over multiple orders will not get the discount. You can ship to multiple addresses on one order, see above, in which case we will send you a 10% refund for the order total.
